Everyone needs a therapy; a meditation, a prayer. Something that helps filter the stress of the day, bringing
renewed life into a centered focus. Jana did fiber art for many years, dying some 800 pounds of cotton a
month, then, after many years she felt that fiber was not enough to express where her spirit had traveled and
went into jewelry.  The sculpting of silver and gold, kingdom stones, gems of color and creativity, aspects of
the God who dwells within.  Then, as her missions developed and there was no time for the above; while still
needing a creative outlet, she started collecting bottles from the dump; broken glass, shattered pigments of
color, knowing that beauty is in the eyes of the beholder, she began to bring shards of life into form. Kind of
like us, broken, torn, and not even able to give ourselves a place of pure joy but when born into the family of
God, lives become whole and light shines into darkness. Like her art and her life which gives light and vision
through her ministry…to a world that calls for wholeness. All throughout Crossroads one can behold the glory
of a sanctified life to God in the creative ability, in the talents and gifts she has received as she shares with
those whose paths may cross this way..
Give unto the Lord the glory due unto His name:
bring an offering, and come before Him: worship
the Lord in the beauty of holiness.             1
